Introduction:

The Hiton HQ-series Metal Seat Trunnion Ball Valve is an economical and high-performance quarter-turn valve. The quarter-turn

operation is fast and reliable which makes this valve applicable to quick on-off operation and tight seal. This ball valve is widely 

used in pulp paper refinery, mining, chemical fiber, sewage and water treatment, sugar refining industry.

 

Features:

1.    Body

a)     Full-bore design of valve body ensure biggest flow capacity and low flow resistance against media.

 

2.    Core

a)     The trunnion mounting ball design prevents seat damage and reduces seat ware dramatically comparing 

         with floating ball valve.

b)     The ball is precisely machined to mirror finish. And this contributes to bubble-tight shutoff and less operating 

         torque.

3.    Seat

a)     With seats on both sides,the trunnion ball valve can handle flow in both directions with 0 leakage. Seat is spring 

         preloaded, which ensures self sealing adjustment when flow pressure changes to achieve 0 leakage.

4.    Stem

a)      With upper and bottom bearings for positioning, contributes to high mechanical stability, small required initiation 

          torque. The self-lubricate bearing prevent valve from stuck.
